Hey gents,
Just dropping in and saying hello, i appreciate the cumulus wealth of knowledge you guys have here. I think its kept me from being scammed by some "inferior" reps. I almost pulled the trigger on some no name watch site until i stumbled upon this website. Thank god! Ill continue to read the stickies and connect the dots until i finally take the plunge. If you guys have any insightful info for a newb, let me know! :D
Welcome - Stick to the trusted dealers listed here and you'll be good. What I would recommend for a noob is - whatever piece you decide on, go w/ the better verson of it - its been my experience if you spend the extra $ to get a better version of a piece you'll be much happier...I also recommend reading reading reading, there is so much information and pictures here. Join VIP while you're at it too :cool:
Howdy from another Texan. Be patient when it comes to pm's to dealers. Many of them are super busy and have regular day jobs and a life outside of this. They will get back to you in time just be patient and don't slam them with more pm's. That's tough, especially if it's your first experience with that dealer, and especially if you have just paid and are waiting for a response, but just relax and be patient.
