So when I log in, I can't.

So every time I sign in, it says thanks for logging in, then I get the "you do not have permission to access this page. "
It is also displaying database error page on the bottom half of this screen.

I try relogging in, hit the "if this does not redirect you then click here" before I get to the "you do not have permission to view this page", but it doesn't help.

Luckily, I was able to post this by using the Mobile protal (I am on a desktop).
I also tried making a new account/username and I also have the same problem.

THis has been happening since yesterday with IE and firefox.
It is happening at my home laptop and at my work desktop.

The pages that are displaying right now with the mobile portal still have half of the lower page with the database error message.

Any ideas?

Same here...from work I am fine, however I cannot same error message when I try accessing from home! It's been going on for a while... and I have no freakin clue what is going on :(

Tick the box that says "remember me" that shud sort ya out

remember box works for me

well turns out i had 2 new PMs but never received any notification ... which is ok but there wasn't anything to the effect in the top right corner under my sign-in name either

Same thing happens me on a regular basis.
says "thanks for logging in brendanp" but screen refreshes to login page with "database error message" at bottom.
Will not let me in for a few days at a time, and then randomly lets be logon properly.
This is the first time I have been able to logon this week after trying earlier this morning and on Monday and Tuesday.

I have been locked out for a couple of days. I am still shaking from withdrawls.

Here I was thinking they were just messin' with the newbie!!

i had the same issue during the last two days...there was no login posible.

I have the same problem if I log in from somewhere new. But if I log in from a browser where I already have an RG cookie stored there's no problems.

Tick the remember me box, that should allow you to log in.

Remember me works. I thought it may have something to do with me being logged in on several different computers but apparently not. Still issues from time to time but clearing cookies, refresh page and remember me usually clear things up.

Chronoluvv, SFA had turned off the pop-ups so that may be the reason that you weren't getting PM's. Just remember to go into options so that PM's are forwarded to your email. It is nice to get PM's guickly on my blackberry. This could be why some people take so long to respond to PM's if they are not logging on regularly.
