Different watch movements

As an admirer and collector of watches, and not knowing the differences between auto and mechanical watch movements, is there a thread in RG in which someone explains the differences between all the movements common to reps, ie. Swiss Unitas, Asian Unitas, Asian 21J, Swiss ETA, Asian ETA, Asian Valjoux 7750, etc.?
