I couldn't find a thread or a sticky on how geekbux are earned...
I know my future postings will earn them, but details?
You get $5 for each post plus another $5 for starting a new thread.
To earn them faster you have to help somebody or make a significant contribution to the forum community in some way and you will get a donation. Usually from the mods/admins.
You can use your GeekBux in raffles and to reward anyone that helps you or just because you like their post (or their bikini picture :lol:)

BTW, I transferred two bux to give your account a nice number 1222.
A sticky might be useful, I also was asking myself how to gain those.:confused: I'm sure lots of other new members do so.

Well, anyone curious can do a 'geekbux' search and they'll eventually wind up here, as I did.
Now I know!
Off to find some raffles...
Geekbux are like RG monopoly money. Not much to buy though. Kinda like first first trip around the board in monopoly.
