A rep every week...now the doctor's a geek! (RWI vip)

Holla!

Iv been dabbling in the rep hobby for a bit but was never very serious about it and lurking on RWI for a while, have a few friends there now through buying and selling interactions... RG was referenced and so Im here now:)

Currently live in Sydney... Im not a Doctor, it was a nickname that stuck from before and the fact that I feverishly followed V.Rossi on the bike circuit.

I see there's a lot of RWI folk on here as well and this fora has me feeling like a country bumpkin lost in the big city! :D

Is it just me or is there some serious Aussie presence here! So good!

We should have a Australian specific tradezone so we can choose to dilute risks with international shipping...

And Doctor, don't worry about just having moved here at the start of the year. You're an Australian resident at least for tax purposes.
I think it's in the older Income Tax Assessment Act 1936 where if you have stayed in Australia for more than 185 days you are deemed to be Australian resident for tax purposes. Which means that under Division 6 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997, your assessable income includes all income irrespective of source.
Ohhhh goddd, my tax law classes are coming back to me! Hahahahahahaha, it is amazing the things you recall! :cowboy:

I am having some type of infection close to my ass crack that appears to be getting worse by the hour. Puss is oozing out faster than that damn in Nebraska.

Yes, mate - that would be Div 6A of the ITAA 36 Cth (as amended) you're speaking about. But residency takes a while longer..
