How do I get notified by e-mail ????

Is there a way to be notified by e-mail when there is a reply to a thread you are involved in or when you get a PM?

go into your profile and enable the email notification when there is a PM.

To get notification on a new post you have to subscribe to the thread via the thread tools drop down on the top left hand coner of the thread you are in.
