Remove scrolling threads when logged out

Hi guys,

Am enjoying the improvements to the site. I noticed that when one goes to rg.com without logging in, the forae have disappeared. Very cool as far as keeping us quiet. :)

Can we do the same to the scrolling threads too? It's still possible to access them or at least see the titles even though the rest of the forae have disappeared.

If soemone that is not registered clicks on them they will not show up there. I tinkered with the header and will have this done in the next few days. Other things have taken priority.
