I joined about two months ago, made a purchase from one of the dealers "yourtrustytime", my watch arrived in California and it was damaged in transit:confused:
I emailed Andrew and his response was: Do not worry, I will make sure that you are satisfied, mail it back and we will take care of you.

I'm happy to find these standards of excellence here.

Yeah, unfortunately in our hobby the watches do get damaged in the post.
The good news is youll have your replacement soon and you have a great place here to pass the time w friends.
