Noobie girl needs your help

I would love to buy my first "good" rep Rolex.
I already have a DayDate from ioffer, which isn't quite good, but I love it anyway.
My fav is a Datejust 116200 in stainless steel with a two tone (silver/grey) dial with thick lumi sticks.
I found it on silix-prime and to me it looks really good.
