improve search?

Could the search function be improved? Alot of times i end up with no results when searching for topics that are very common..

+1. i have got to the point where i don’t use the search function anymore

I use search a lot and I am pleased with how it work. By no means it is Google, however about 80% of the time "search" function finds what I am looking for.
