FNG Introduction
Lady and Gents,
Just wanted to make a proper introduction and let everyone get acquainted with me. I live northwest Florida and am stationed at one of the Air Force bases in the area for quite some time and have been flying for eight years. I have been a member of RWG for about 6 months and post only sparingly. This is mainly because I am an FNG when it comes to the rep watch hobby and I have been reading a ton on the forums to build my knowledgebase before making comments on forums. As far as my watch collection goes, it is rather small; I only own a gen Ball Magnate GMT which I am very pleased with. As far as other brands I like, I have an affinity for pilot watches, so naturally I love IWC, Hanhart, and Sinn watches. The knowledge I have gained from these forums has put my mind at ease in buying a quality rep and I thank the other members for sharing their experiences. That’s a very brief intro, and I look forward to sharing some of my rep experiences with this fantastic group.

Hi Mackey, Welcome to the forum! Retired Air Force here. You're at Eglin I'd guess? I see that you didn't list Breitling in the brands that you like. You can't get much more 'Pilot' than a Navitimer. You just have to remember that this hobby can be VERY addictive. One day you will wake up and have 20 - 30 watches and wonder where they all came from:lol:

Thanks for the warm welcome and your service. Your guess was close, I am actually stationed at Hurlburt Field. As far as watches go, I do like Breitlings but everyone seems to have one, and I like having something a little different than the rest.
