Welcome to RG... now.. if you like the 5513 then none of the off the shelf reps is going to do it for you.... it will be nice for a few days but there are many, many flaws.... check out the member sales area here and look for something already modded...
Accuracy will depend on your appetite for spending... I have been working on a rail dial 1665 and have $2,500 invested so far with most of it gen parts (including the gen rolex movement)...
Mine, modded by PBdad, with a gen crystal.
