view the profile of the dealer/member (click on the avatar) and go with "Submit a feedback to........"

What I normally do when I'm leaving feedback is to go to the thread where the sale was, copy the URL (to be used in the feedback), then click on the number next to the line that says Feedback Score: which is under the person's avatar. That will take you directly to the area where you can leave feedback, and you already have the sales URL copied.
