Watch Modifiers

This is written not as a complaint but as a suggestion to help members find people to send watches to for repair. One issue I have is I like to support watch modders on the forum. However often times only after you send something you find out its going to take forever to get your stuff back. I feel, and I maybe wrong but chatting with just a few that many times we don't want to air things in the open. But there are people who send a watch and months and months later maybe getting their watch back. This is fine if both parties agree to this, but most people want fairly timely watch service. In order to do that support watch modders I think somehow they should be able to tell us wait times on the forum since its public and more accountable so people can somehow figure out where they want to send it. Or have some way of updating status in their sections of geeks watches so members can see how long the avg wait time is going. Not hearing from some of the modders forever on the forum makes it really hard to figure out who/where to send it. I have a stack of little projects, crystal I need replaced, minute hands tightened, case swap, date wheel swap, type stuff that may not add up to a lot but all are important projects to me. I have been searching for who to send it to, but again, I don't want 6 watches out the door for 6 mths and totally understand work takes time. Is there any people that feel like this? If so is there anything we can do to organize the modders section so we can get more direction of who again to send our stuff to. Again this post is so we can more greatly support our modifiers. I want to send them my projects, and give them my money! But whos available and how long it may take would really be helpful.
