Toro - Pam 386 Composite/Omega Speedmaster Broad Arrow

three questions

1. I'm trying to ascertain if a dealer website I found is kosher
as I found it by google search [looking for somebody mentioned on this forum called Toro that I could track down in here]

the website I've looked at is

is this the geek friendly Toro - one assumes if it is then he's kosher

please advise - or if not can you give me a means of contact

2. I want to buy a Pam 386 Composite
is the current version still the V2 - the purple-hued one?...

any insights on build/quality

3. Is there a Speedmaster Broad Arrow out there that is the same size as the gens?...

Gen I think is 40mm - the current reps available on the main sites are 36mm - and small
I purchased one - it is good quality and works just fine - it just doesn't look right on my wrist - too small

any ideas?...
