Newbie from Texas
Hi, everyone
I have my first 2 reps in the mail. One I ordered before I found this site so I hope it actually shows up. They are not on the trusted dealers list. The second one I ordered after reading a lot of reviews here was from Joshua and the customer service difference is very noticeable. I will let everyone know how it turns out.

Hi Mike
Meet another newbie from Texas. I just ordered my first two from Joshua. I'm a bit nervous, but I have a good friend from Germany who has been very happy with PC. My expectations are high.

Welcome aboard, where do you live in Texas.

Welcome to the forum Mike! You'll find that there are a BUNCH of fellow Texans on here. Hopefully you get what you ordered from the non TD site. When I first started collecting reps I did the same thing. I ordered my first rep and THEN found the rep forums. I got lucky and actually received what I ordered. LOL, then never ordered from a non TD again. Ordering from a TD doesn't always mean that you will get a perfect watch, but at least they will work with you to resolve issues and won't scam you.
I always recommend that new folks read the following thread that Angus of PureTime put together: http://www.repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=181150 It's a great primer into the inner workings of the industry.
Anyway, jump in and join the conversations. For the most part we don't bite. Well, we don't leave marks anyway

Cowtown.... A Texan should know where that is.

Welcome Mike from another Texas member. I too ordered several years ago and got lucky from a site that I don't think exists anymore. I recently ordered from Andrew at Puretime and had a great experience. I really enjoy reading all the knowledge that gets exchanged in here, but it almost makes me too informed a buyer now, and I am getting picky.
