Dear customers,
I have seen a post from Vaccum and with his agreement I took over his statements because I am facing the same problems regarding replica watches, modding and services.

You own a replica watch and it was built with low quality control and specs will vary from watch to watch, PERIOD.

If you saw another watch similar to yours with mods and or work or service done, it does not mean it can be done on yours. All reps are different, PERIOD.

NOT all rep movements can be repaired and the only way to find out is taking it apart and inspecting. Sometimes everything looks "OK" but after service you will still find out that the movement is not working correctly and or new issues will appear. This is very rare but it happens.
Once I have serviced the movement, I WILL NOT refund any money for the service because the movement is not working properly. I have invested my time and effort already.
I will work with you to find a solution, but NOT at my cost.

You bought a rep watch knowing it will have issues with quality control, movements from china are always dirty, over oiled or NO oil at all. Movement Parts are fabricated to very low standards and they vary a lot from watch to watch.

If you buy a watch with the a7750 movement and seconds @12 or sec @ 6, get ready....
The basic movement is decent (still needs service etc) but the modified plates, gears and wheels to make it work like the real seconds @12 movement or @6 is NOT the best.
I have serviced a lot of these movements and I know what I am talking about. I have tried lots of methods and I finally found a way of a working solution which I can apply on sec @12 and sec @ 6. This is only working together with a service of the a7750. It makes no sense to do the mod and next week the movement will stop.
I own the best tools for the trade and only use oils and grease by the ETA charts. I have invested a lot of money in my tools.
Why seconds and subdial hands on your a7750/53 does not "sweep" and or reset to "0" all the time?

Well let me tell you again that this is due to poor part fabrication from your factory. Gears meshing is poor. NOT my fault. Some will be smoother after service and adjustments but others won't. NOT my fault. This does not mean I did a poor job, it is just poor design and fabrication.

My price for service is A LOT cheaper compared to Authorized Dealers. My price is to help you.
Some people complain that the service is almost the cost of the rep, well you got a watch for cheap. My work does not have to be cheaper because of the watch cost. Actually we should charge more to work on these movements. Working on gen movements is A LOT easier.

My service fee does not include parts. In the past I replaced parts that were defective, or the parts which broke while removing them due to poor material and construction. This will change from now on. All service is plus cost of parts needed.

I am NOT responsible for the defective or broken parts on your movements, sorry. My service fee is for the inspection, ultrasonic cleaning, lube and oil plus regulation ONLY.
I will charge for all defective jewels, cannon pinion and mainspring barrel and or mainspring.

Let's talk Water Resistant or Water Proof.
I will inspect all seals and replace if needed. Then lube with silicon grease then test up tp 5 atm. But I am not responsible if the watch will explode. If your watch did NOT pass the test, I am sorry but I will NOT refund the €25 please blame the factory. I did my job already and replicas are not made for diving, if you want to dive, by gen. I do my best to help.

After all you paid your dealer for a 1:1 to gen watch and you did not received what you were told...did you asked your dealer for refund? Then why ask me for refund when I did my job ????

Are you aware that rep parts are very difficult to get? Are you aware that rep hands on your chrono watches are very poorly manufactured, will show scratches and are very likely to break when I try to pull these off? If these break I have to repair and or order a watch at my cost to fix your hands. I have done this a lot without charging my customer but this will change from now on.

Are you aware that your AP with rubber bezels are very likely to deform when trying to remove the bezel screws? Why, because the bezel screws and nuts are fabricated with low quality control and the threads are crap. Sometimes you can remove the nuts without any effort but 90% of the time it requires a lot of pressure to unscrew and this will increase the chance of damaging the rubber bezel. NOT my fault but your factory poor QC. I will take quite some time to remove the screws without damaging the bezel....you can't rush this process or you will be in trouble.
SS bezels are easier but you still have to carefully remove screws, otherwise you can put marks on the bezel finish. This applies to every AP watch I get.

Let's talk Lume.

I have lumed quite a few dials, hands, bezels and pearls. I know what I am talking about.

Sandwich type dials are easier and old Lume can be removed before new Lume is applied.

All others are lumed on top of rep Lume 90% of the time.
Don't get mad if I relume on top of rep lume and do NOT ask for refund. If you want all rep lume removed from the dial and the bezel , please go buy the gen. It will look a lot better trust me. There are some dials from which I can remove the index and on these I can remove the old lume and can build a new lume layer, but theses are exceptions.

Let's talk turnaround time.

I am aware that I am not the one with the quickest turnaround time and IT IS MY FAULT. I rather take longer and do the best possible. I work according to the principle fifo , first in, first out. I track when your parcel arrives and finish what is in front of you. That is fair for everyone. Sending me mails asking what is my watch doing or did you receive my watch will slow down my work. Rushing won’t help and I will not answer on these mails anymore, because it is time consuming and keeps me away from your watches. Your emails are most welcome but emailing me telling me it has been 3, 4, 5 months won't fix your movement. Trust me I am not goofing with your watch but working hard and looking for a solution. Please also take in mind that AR will take 3 – 4 weeks at an external supplier. When you send a watch, please write on a piece of paper the problem, what I need to do, your name and your email address. This is important and will save me some time instead searching in 8 weeks old emails what you want. I always open the package at arrival and for example, you want AR, I can take the crystal out and send it with the next AR run instead of starting to work on it when it is your time.
Let's talk dials.

Not all dials are the same and print, dots, markers, paint color and texture will vary from watch to watch. All Lume is done by hand and won't be 100% like the one you saw on the forum or the one you saw on your friends wrist.

PLEASE DO NOT ask me for 100% like gen....NOT possible. I cannot convert **** into gold.
Please keep in mind, I will give 6 month warranty on all swiss movements and 2 month on Chinese movements.
Shipping only from EU countries or via UK. You want to keep your watch and not loose it in German custom.

Ho visto un recente post di Vacuum e con il suo consenso ho preso spunto dalle sue considerazione perchè sto riscontrando i medesimi problemi avendo a che fare con repliche, modifiche e revisioni.
Facciamo un po’ di chiarezza:
Primo, voi possedete delle copie di orologi, costruite con un basso livello di controllo qualità e con specifiche e misure che possono variare da orologio ad orologio. PUNTO.
Secondo, se vedere un orologio simile al vostro con modifiche o lavori o revisioni eseguite, non significa che le medesime modifiche possano essere eseguite sul vostro. Tutte le repliche nascono differenti. PUNTO.
Terzo, non tutti i movimenti replica possono essere riparati e l’unico modo per scoprirlo è smontarli ed ispezionarli. A volte tutti sembra filare liscio, ma dopo una revisione può capitare che il movimento continui a non funzionare correttamente o che un nuovo problema possa comparire. È raro, ma può succedere.
Una volta che ho effettuato una revisione , NON rimborserò il prezzo del servizio qualora il movimento non funzioni correttamente. Nel revisionare, ho già svolto il mio lavoro impiegando tempo e sforzi. Da parte mia la massima disponibilità a venirvi incontro per trovare una soluzione, ma NON a mie spese.
Acquistate un orologio replica sapendo che potrebbe avere problemi di controllo qualità, che i movimenti di provenienza cinese sono sempre sporchi, troppo oliati o non oliati per niente. I componenti sono fabbricati con bassissimi standard qualitativi e possono essere molto diversi da orologio ad orologio.

Se comprate un orologio con movimento Asian 7750 e secondi ad ore 12 o a ore 6, preparatevi…
Il movimento Asian 7750 di base ha caratteristiche accettabili (anche se spesso necessità comunque di un service per essere affidabile sul medio termine) ma i ponti modificati, alberi ed ingranaggi che spostano i secondi a ore 12 o a ore 6 NON sono stabili.
Ho revisionato un sacco di questi movimenti e so di cosa parlo. Ho provato moltissimi metodi e alla fine ho trovato una soluzione funzionante che può essere applicata sia sui movimenti con secondi al 12 che con secondi al 6 per aumentare significativamente l’affidabilità (nota, AUMENTARE SIGNIFICATIVAMENTE. Non si può mai avere la certezza che un movimento cinese non accusi poi problemi). Per effettuare questa modifica è COMUNQUE necessario procedere ad una revisione completa del movimento base Asian 7750: non avrebbe alcun senso fare la modifica per poi avere un movimento di base instabile che potrebbe fermarsi la settimana successiva.
Possiedo le migliori attrezzature sul mercato e utilizzo solo oli e grassi come da specifiche ETA. Ho investito parecchi soldi nei miei attrezzi.

Perché i piccoli secondi vanno a scatti o i contatori non si resettano correttamente a zero tutte le volte sul vostro Asian 7750 o 7753?
Bene, lasciatemi ribadire ancora che questi difetti sono dovuti alla scarsa qualità di fabbricazione dei produttori. L’accoppiamento degli ingranaggi è approssimativo. NON PER CAUSA MIA. Alcuni movimenti scorreranno meglio dopo la revisione e saranno più stabili una volta regolati, altri no. NON PER CAUSA MIA. Questi problemi non sono dovuti ad una scarsa qualità del mio lavoro, ma solo alla scarsa qualità dei componenti su cui devo lavorare.
Il mio prezzo per una revisione è MOLTO più economica di quanto applicato dai RIVENDITORI AUTORIZZATI. Lo faccio per venirvi incontro.
Molte persone si lamentano che il costo del service è quasi pari al costo della replica: bene, avete comprato una replica economica. Il mio lavoro non è commisurabile al costo dell’orologio. Dovrei far pagare molto di più considerando il lavoro necessario su questi movimenti. Lavorare su movimenti genuini o di manifattura svizzera è MOLTO più semplice.
Il costo della revisione non include ricambi. In passato ho sostituito senza chiedere nulla parti che erano difettose, o pezzi che si sono rotti durante lo smontaggio a causa della scarsa qualità dei materiali. D’ora in poi cambierò la mia politica: il costo dei ricambi verrà aggiunto al prezzo della revisione.
Non sono responsabile per pezzi difettosi o rotti presenti nel vostro movimento, mi spiace. Il prezzo della revisione include SOLO la verifica dei componenti, il lavaggio ad ultrasuoni, la lubrificazione e l’oliatura e la regolazione.
Potrò eventualmente addebitare il costo di rubini difettosi, cannon pinion, spirale o bariletto.

Parliamo ora di resistenza all’acqua e di impermeabilità.
Controllerò tutte le guarnizioni se necessario. E andrò a lubrificare con grasso siliconico e a testare a 5 atmosfere la resistenza. Tuttavia, non sarà responsabile se l’orologio non reggerà la pressione e scoppierà. Se il vostro orologio non passerà il test, sono spiacente ma non rimborserò i 25 euro del costo servizio, prendetevela con il produttore. Io ho già svolto il mio lavoro e le repliche non nascono come orologi per nuotare. Se volete un orologio da immersione, compratevi un genuino. Farò del mio meglio come sempre per aiutarvi.
Dopo aver pagato il vostro dealer di fiducia per una presunta replica 1:1 confrontata con il genuino e non aver ricevuto quanto promesso… chiederete al dealer di rimborsarvi? E allora perché mi chiedete un rimborso quando ho svolto il mio lavoro come pattuito???
Siete coscienti che i ricambi replica sono difficili da ottenere? Siete coscienti che le sfere replica dei crono sono di scarsissima qualità, si sfrisano facilmente ed è facile si spezzino mentre si prova a smontarle? Se si rompono, dovrò provare a ripararle o ordinarle nuove a mio costo per aggiustare il vostro orologio. L’ho fatto molte volte senza addebitare il costo ai clienti, ma da oggi questo cambierà.
Siete coscienti che le ghiere in gomma dei vostri ??????? si deformano facilmente mentre si tenta di rimuovere le viti di fissaggio? Questo perché le viti di fissaggio e i dadi sono fabbricati con bassi livelli qualitativi ed i filetti sono pessimi. A volte si smontano facilmente, ma nel 90% dei casi bisogna esercitare molta pressione per svitare e questo incrementa le possibilità di rovinare la ghiera in gomma. NON PER MIA COLPA, ma per la scarsa qualità produttiva cinese. Impiego molto tempo per smontare le viti senza danneggiare la ghiera: non bisogna avere fretta, altrimenti nasceranno problemi.
Le ghiere in acciaio sono più semplici, ma bisogna comunque prestare molta attenzione smontando le viti, altrimenti è molto facile segnare la finitura superficiale della ghiera. Questo vale per tutte le repliche .

Parliamo ora del lume.
Ho lumato parecchi quadranti, sfere, ghiere e perle. Conosco bene ciò di cui parlo.
I quadranti con costruzione ‘sandwich’ sono più facili da lumare e il vecchio lume è facilmente rimovibile prima di applicare il nuovo lume.
Per gli altri tipi di quadranti, rimuovere il vecchio lume è molto più complesso e non sempre possibile.
Non arrabbiatevi se sono costretto ad applicare il nuovo lume sopra al vecchio, e non chiedetemi un rimborso. Se volete la totale rimozione del lume rep e un lume steso come il genuino, vi prego di andare ad acquistare il genuino. Sarà molto più bello, credetemi. Alcuni quadranti permettono la rimozione degli indici e su questi è possibile rimuovere il vecchio lume per applicare un nuovo strato completo di lume, ma sono eccezione e non sempre è possibile.

Parliamo ora delle tempistiche.
Sono cosciente di non essere il più rapido come tempi di consegna ed è PER CAUSA MIA. Difficilmente perdo tempo e faccio il possibile per completare in fretta i lavori. Lavoro con il principio FIFO (I primi ad arrivare devono essere i primi ad uscire). Registro quando il vostro pacco arriva e parte e vi informo. Questo è corretto per tutti. Mandarmi email chiedendomi dove è finito il vostro orologio o se l’ho ricevuto, rallenterà i lavori. Mettermi fretta non aiuterà e non risponderò ad email di questo tenore, perché servono solo a sprecare del tempo che posso utilizzare per lavorare sugli orologi. Le vostre email sono sempre ben accette, ma scrivermi che sono passati 3 4 o 5 mesi serve a poco. Credetemi, non sto giocherellando con i vostri orologi, ma lavoro duro e cerco sempre di trovare una soluzione.
Vi prego inoltre di considerare che i trattamenti AR (anti-riflesso) vengono inviati ad un laboratorio esterno, che impiega dalle 3 alle 4 settimane.
Quando mi mandate un nuovo orologio, vi prego di scrivere su un pezzo di carta leggibbile possibilmente a stampatello i lavori ed i problemi riscontrati, cosa devo fare, il vostro nome e la vostra email. Questo è importante perché mi permetterà di risparmiare tempo invece di cercare nelle email precedenti cosa volete che io faccia. Apro sempre il pacco quando arriva e per esempio se leggo che volete un trattamento AR posso smontare il vetro per inviarlo insieme al primo batch di lavorazione al laboratorio, invece di perdere tempo ed inviarlo non appena mi scrivete che lavori volete fare via email.
Parliamo ora dei quadranti.
Non tutti i quadranti sono uguali e stampa, punti, indici, colore di fondo e finitura possono variare da orologio ad orologio. Tutto il lume è applicato a mano e non sarà mai 100% come quello che avete visto sul forum o al polso di un vostro amico.
VI PREGO DI NON CHIEDERMI un effetto 100% come il genuino… Non è possibile, non si può convertire il ferro in oro.
Ricordatevi che vi darò 6 mesi di garanzia su tutti i movimenti Svizzeri e 2 mesi sui movimenti cinesi. Tutti i movimenti revisionati da sono stati sempre catalogati con data e giorno della revisione e così sara in futuro
Accetto spedizioni provenienti solo dall’Europa o con triangolo da UK a vostro carico. Salvo non vogliate rischiare di veder confiscato il vostro orologio dalle dogane tedesche.

Completely agree! I have had many rep watches serviced and relumed by domi and it takes some time and money but it is fully worth it because your watch comes back in a complete other state.
once he serviced it your rep watch will last for several years. I might understand people are trying to take advantage of this service so it is good some rules are being set.
