Hi from sunny Queensland, Australia

Hi fellow Geeks!

I live in north Queensland, Australia and collect and use straight razors, fountain pens and now watches. Damned forums. Yes I do suffer from xxxAD(Aquisition Disorder) xxx being razor, pen or now Watch.

I have been studying rep watches for far too long from the sidelines and have now joined REPGEEK as well as RWG. My first two watches arrived yesterday from a TD and to my inexperienced eye they both look fantastic.

I know, no photos it did not happen:shh:

This site will not accept my avatar which ends in .gif, so if I cannot put up an avatar what hope have I of posting pics even though I have just spent the last hour taking photos in my home made light box built for this purpose.

Well, I will tell you Geeks what they are at least.

1) REP #1 Omega seamaster Co-Axial Chronometer. White face with silver sticks and date at 3. Nice conservative classic watch. Very me!

I do have a question???

There are little red arrow stickers on the inside of the wrist band plastic protective wrapping. I have not removed the wrapping yet in case they are important. Unfortunately, one came off when I unwrapped the watch from its postage packing and I do not know where it came from. I have taken photos in case they are required.

Those stickers are to show you which side of the band points towards your hand. Without them you might wear the watch backwards --- :-)
