I justed wanted to leave you another thank you note.

You are a very nice and decent person to deal with and - from I can tell - very skillful.

I enjoyed our conversation while visiting you and of course even more so enjoy my updated/serviced watches!

Strong advice to people who hire his services:
Please make sure to enclose proper documentation about what is supposed to be done and how to contact you. He has tons - literally tons - of packages that want to be connected to Emails and gets its intended attention. A proper print out in the package is not too much to ask.
Also please find out in advance what it costs that you are asking for. It is not nice not to pay the man. If you consider something too expensive - do not send it in the first place.
