hi, welcome aboard.
well, as your first rep, i'm going to say... just dont go overboard.
the extra money people are asking lately for a full on modded one... is completely diminishing returns.
the normal 217s are probably 90% there for cheap
or for 4 times the cost, you can get one that is 95% there :)
you'll be surprised by what you get.. the 217 is a nice fun watch.
check out pretty much any of the dealers here, and choose one
pick your dealer before you pick your watch :)
Welcome to the forum Commodore.
You might consider a Davidsen 217. I believe he has some movements available, so he should be able to provid one for you.
It will have most (or all) of the mods that you want already done.
