The staff discusses the need for forum modification, which includes the addition or deletion of sections from time to time. We cannot make any promises though. The French Quarter over on the other forum has barely 2 posts daily for the past 30 days so I wouldn't call that even a moderately active section.
I will be honest,at the moment the interest of opening another international section (we do have them already) is close to zero.
I was the one who created the first international section on RG( and the only successful international section there has ever been on any forum) ,the italian section and eventually i decided to close it.
Too much work and effort not really paying off to put it plainly and lots of other issues i won't be mentioning here from a moderating standpoint.
Your suggestion has been noted and will be considered if and when there will be an opening for a new section.
