Help with watch repairs.

hello guys! I need your help I have 2 watches that need repair. one is my Rolex Deep-sea. Date does not change unless I pass the 12 hours :(
and the second is my panerai 605 rep. it takes time for about 5 minutes then it stops. I have to shake it to keep time. So I'm looking for a watch repair guy that can fix both watches. I'm in the Los Angeles area (California)

Over the years I've had great service from Vac. He has a couple of my pieces in for servicing now.
