Hi all,

New guy here from the UK been lurking for a little while now, great community you’ve got here. Couple of quick questions, I emailed puretime regarding stock of a watch on Friday, not yet heard anything back as of yet. How long do TDs usually take to reply - I expected a delay as im guessing these are pretty small businesses with massive volumes of queries, but their automated reply suggested that they’d get back to me pretty quick.

Also how to I add a display picture or do I need to earn/purchase the right...? :lol:

I'm from Dorset as well. Joined recently, and just waiting for my first delivery from TrustyTime (love the name).

I did email to a few other TDs before my purchase, Puretime included, they all got back to me really quickly.

yes ttp it would be great to hear your experience as a newbie also.

I emailed PureTime on Jan, still yet to hear from them. I bought from Trusty (Andrew) instead.

Another tip, you can pay Andrew in £ with his UK account and you get a discount. Andrew is happy with FX conversion via Google.
