Looks cool. Never heard of the brand, not sure there's a market for a replica.
How much is a gen?
Gallet is the oldest watch maker in the entire World ...I think they were founded in the 1440 . Almost 500 years older than Rolex : )

Gens could be in 500 dollars to 20k depending on the models
That may be, but before you mentioned it, I've never even heard of the brand (probably holds true for most people here). Without some type of brand recognition it would be a Hail Mary to expect the replica factories of even thinking of making it, although with the simplicity of the chrono function on that model you pictured, it's probably not that hard to make. It would much much harder to sell though. $200 rep of a $500 gen? Kind of a hard sell don't you think? Of course there is $20K gen but that price is based on rarity rather on the actual cost.
@flaviosvt04 , funny coincidence but @donerix just posted a gen Gallet box for $199 plus shipping. You can get it in preparation for the watch/rep itself. :) (click photo to be directed to the thread).

Gallet was quite a big name in the 60's and made some great watches which were worn by some influential people like Jim Clark - two time Formula 1 world champion.
They released their first new watch, a racing chronograph heritage edition at last year's Hilton Head Classic Car Concours and just released a Jim Clark limited edition at the Hockenheim Vintage Racing event last weekend.
I have seen the watches in real life and they are beautiful and use a top end movement from Vaucher Manufacture Fleurier who also make the movements for Parmigiani, Richard Mille and some other high end watches. They are pieces of art.
Needless to say they also come with beautiful handcrafted crocodile straps and tropical hardwood boxes .... ;)
