The site you are referring to is one of the many scam sites you’ll find on the internet. They post genuine Rolex pics and send you crappy reps, if you’ll get anything. Avoid it, unless you want to lose your money.
Best bet is what DD suggested above and buy from our Trusted Dealers that have been vetted by forum admins.
Not sure what you mean by “high end” reps. All reps have flaws and none are true 1:1. However, forum members modify and add gen parts to their reps thus making them look closer to the real ones. But that takes money and time to source the needed parts. Check out the M2M sales section for examples of these frankens.
Otherwise, enjoy your time here; read a lot, and be prepared to spend a lot of money :)
