Why somebody who is dead.

Because I am writing a book about the surprising hobbies of the great and the good. It is easier to do so for the past otherwise you get a long list of celebrities.

I think my father was fixated by time but never seemed to have a reliable watch.
When I came home late on a Saturday night, he would look at his watch and say 'What time to you call this then?'
I'm afraid he wasn't famous though.
