Notification pop up freezing the mobile Android browser and chrome on windows 10

Not sure if this has been reported yet ( or possibly 1000 times). Happening both on the chrome for Android as well as chrome desktop. When a new message alert pops up, the browser freezes and the only way to recover is to hard stop the browser, clear cache and reenter. Tested on 2 different laptops and my Android phone on Oreo. Perhaps God's way of telling me to stop buying watches ...or possibly some JS error. Reporting as it's become more impactful as I have been getting more PMs.

Thank you brother. Happy also to send specific browser versions if needed. I suspect I am not alone as it's cross device and platform.
