How do i retrieve a deleted inbox message from last couple of weeks

Please help me or advise on how i can restore a wrongly deleted message back to inbox.

Unfortunately I don't think that's possible. Restoring to a backup not only affects your data but everyone else's. And from experience, restoring from backup is something not taken lightly as even when precautions are taken, it might break the forum and would require some effort to get it working again. The needs of the one vs the good of the many is not a good compromise.
