Who do I notify about a possible Issue with a TD here?

I may have an issue with a TD here depending on how the problem is resolved. The issue has already been highlighted to the TD in a timely, calm and courteous manner.

Is there a mod or someone I can or have to contact to give them a heads up?

I will also be placing appropriate feedback on the TD when appropriate. Thanks
