So I placed an order with InTimeWatch and received an order confirmation from Ryan. Then sent the bitcoin and got confirmation on the transaction. Then silence. How long do you think is a reasonable time to wait for response? Its been several hours since payment was confirmed. Thank you
(The confirmation I have received has only been from coinbase. So far zero from InTimeWatch)
BTW I am completely new at this so if my response time expectations are out of whack I will get that
Welcome to RepGeek. Ordering and sending/receiving payment take the shortest time. Now if you did not confirm stock before ordering, it may take a few days to a few weeks to get QC pictures of the watch. Then after that there's shipping. But you will receive the watch. Don't worry. Like mysterio said be patient. In the future as roughly how long it will take for the dealer to get the watch. Also we are in the holiday season and the Chinese new year is around the corner and EVERYTHING shuts down. Those two things may slow things down even more.
In the meantime read though this site, dont worry about those who give you grief about being new and enjoy the agony of waiting for your new toy.

It's great that they responded but don't expect it to happen as a regular thing. Sometimes people complain about TDs not answering and then when asked it turns out they sent an email on the weekend. TDs are people too. ;)Quote:

True. A lot of us start out by ordering from a less than reputable dealer, myself included.
Received my watch. Wow its awesome.arrived in a protective case and wrapped with 2.5 feet of bubble wrap(I measured). If you're making your first purchase I just dont see how you could do better than InTimeWatch. They responded even on weekends, plus I had to move over to a new job site and they changed my shipping address mid-order with only one email. Im definitely a return customer.
