I used Intime for my very first rep - an Explorer 1. Had great service and no issues, but as others have already said, any of the RG TDs will give you good service.
Got 7 watches from Ryan. Only issues I had were the 2 ladies watches. Ryan offered to fix them but I just got my wife a gen Cartier and cut my losses. Trusted Dealer does not mean we do not trust them.

Right well I have emailed 4 different people from 4 trusted dealers over the last couple of weeks and I have not heard back from anybody. Is it usual for it to take do long?
NO it's unusual but it's also chinese new year which might explain it
Do some reading on RG there's lots to learn for someone new,including how to deal with this things,learning about the dealers and factories holidays etc..
Like i often said to newbies,before you jump feet in into a purchase,exercise due diligence for your own interest
