Country/customs bloc in m2m sales thread titles

I posted this in the sales rules thread, but realized this would be a better place to suggest it:

I'd like to suggest that sales posts include the seller's country/customs bloc at the beginning of the title (e.g. USA ZZF 114060 Submariner, EU XF Tudor Pelagos) as an amendment to the posting guidelines. This will greatly improve the ability to browse the forum for relevant threads with minimal effort on behalf of members posting.

I can see what you are getting at, but it would need enforcing to be effective. Also you will pick up other words containg those combinations; just off the top of my head unusable, Usable. In any event your suggestion better directed to the administrator (nembo) in a PM.

For sure he's the man to ask, but at the same time I find posting it for public comment to be a valuable resource for feedback before taking up any of his time. For example, I didn't consider that while browsing the threads in forum view may be easier, the titles may complicate the forum search function. Perhaps there's a better implementation that would accomplish the same purpose with less effort or unintended consequences and for that I'd love to hear from anyone.

Actually, upon typing USA in RG's search engine, it will first show users from the USA and only then actual posts. Same applies to searching for other countries. You could go around it (and also narrow it down enough so that it won't pick up other words) and use CONUS instead of US or USA.
You can't type EU in the search engine at all as it complains that the phrase is too short and too commonly used so we'd have to substitute for EU, but with what? EUCU, which stands for European Union Customs Union would perhaps work but it's not as widely used of an expression as CONUS is.
We could also ignore the search engine altogether and just use EU/USA or any other designation that will be easily understandable. I, for one, never use the search engine looking for watches for sale.
