Good Morning from a new member

I'm looking forward to continuing my education in the replica world and being a part of the community. I am over in America, just outside of Washington DC., in Maryland to be exact. Right now I do own two reps. The first is a Rolex 50th anniv. Sub (big surprise there) that I purchased from a recommended dealer on another board. I've been very happy with the quality and think that forums like this that allow us to communciate our experiences, recommend good dealers and help us avoid the scams are great. The second is a fantasy Pam that I picked up cheap in Chinatown up in NY. I like it but it certainly would never be mistaken for a gen. :-) ...

I plan to increase my collection soon to include an Omega SMP (another big surprise) and a much better PAM, as well as one or two others I have had my eyes on. I will start my reading on the forum and may be asking questions soon so I'll end my hello for now.

Thanks for the welcomes. Yes, I do think a Pamaddiction is going to blossom in my near future. I have been looking at two or three that I can see myself in. I would welcome any recommendations about some of the models that have the better quality reps available for them. In the meantime I will continue my reading duties since I know from my experience with other boards that asking questions without searching for answers first is rude to those who have come before me.

Its okey to ask questions here. We are not rude to our meembers at all. some of the best pams out there are the 111, 005, 177, 176 however the base ones need to be modded meaning changed up a bit to get them closer to the gen specs. Several modders here can do this for you.
