I bought a nice Breguet replica Mk from Trusty Times
It worked fine for a couple of years then the automatic stopped function and I had to rewind the watch
Now it stops all the time.
Is it possible to repair it?

No mechanical movement is impossible to repair (especially modern) you just need a watchmaker worth his/her salt.
You probably just need a good overhaul as most rep came dry from factory.
