Hi all-

I just wanted to come in and say hi and to thanks to all the contributors here...this place has been a great help already. I came here looking for, no lie, "the best sub"...I have found much, much more. And will probably spend much, much, more...so thanks for that too:p .

I have been reading and learning for a month or so. I initially ordered a noob mariner (still waiting, a month so far), and now realize there is so much more out there (not that I don't like the submariner). I just recently picked up a 42mm PO, like it alot...and now have my eye on a few others.

I figured that this place has already save me $25 so I went ahead and became a life-long VIP member, what a deal. Still looking, reading and learning...but here is what is on the short list:

MontBlanc Timewalker (suprised this one is not more popular)
Ebel 1911 (same here)
Omega SMP Chrono

I think I am attracted to the less popular reps, not sure why...I like the more classy, subtle look, rather than the blingy look. Anyway, sorry so long, looking forward to getting to "know" you all.
