Hello
Hi Everyone
First post here. I wish I found this site a few weeks past. I purchased my first rep a PAM 111H from replicahause. Bad move!! It was expensive and the CG sucks. It was $500 bucks, said it was a swiss movement which it might be, it looks ok, and I did receive it within a week. The AR is soooo blue in the light. That might be normal but it is almost purple when the light hits it. Why is that? Is that good? After reading the posts here I see much better PAMs for less $. The reason I got from replicahause was I read about it in Maxim. I will try not to take it as a total loss they got me into replicas and that is how I read everything you guys have to say, which is awesome btw. Instead of getting a new PAM 111 H since I want other reps do you think I could send mine out to someone for a nice cg and maybe an AR job. Thanks and look forward to chatting with everyone.

Henry,
Your post inspired me to write my first post in this forum. Funny, I had the exact same experience with my first rep! I saw the article in Maxim and not knowing anything about replica watches, I purchased a PAM 111h from replicahause for $500 b/c I had seen a gen and thought they were cool and thought I was getting a great deal. After two weeks, the (standard h asian) movement stopped on me and when I inquired about repair/replacement, replicahause went completely dark. A local watchsmith repaired it once, but it stopped again for good a couple of weeks ago and he couldn't fix it. Since then, I've been educating myself on this board and recently connected with TWP for repair of the movement and maybe some mods to bring it closer to the high quality reps. I also put in an order with him for a PAM 113G and a Legend Strap from Seth at StrapCulture. I'm bummed out that I over paid for such a low quality replica, but it has been fun to discover the differences in the models and geek out with the Spartans. It's a cool board and an addictive (and expensive) hobby! BTW, I purchased a brushed SS strap for my 111 (before it stopped) from Joshua and it was great quality and fit perfectly--I highly recommend it if you want to mix up the look of the 111 from time to time.

Starting over
I paid 500 for my 111H and with all the mods i want will cost another 400 or so (need new AR, cannon pin, lume, cg). I am prob gonna buy a fully modded watch from one of the moders here. i am pissed I wasted the 500 orginally, but it was a good lesson. replicahause said my movement was swiss but i doubt it.

Blueish purple AR is good AR ;) :D if you can show pictures.. we'll can talk about it more. It is quite expensive for $500.00 but as long as you are happy with it.. that is waht count. :D
Welcome again to the forum.. and i hope you like it here.
