Hello from Texas!
Hi. My name is Cody and I'm new here. I have had a serious longing for high end watches for about 10 years. I've had a couple of decent watches. But, alas, I work in retail. I make a modest income. While searching the internet for info on Submariners and Seamasters I found this site. A complete but fortunate accident. Now you guys have me thinking I could have a serious watch collection even on my income. Awesome! I'm happy to be a member here and look forward to making many new friends in my new hobby!

welcome from another Texas brother here in our currently frozen city of Austin. Enjoy the forum and the hobby. Couple of things to keep you safe and sane:
1. Read a lot before you start asking questions and use the search function.
2. Pick a dealer based on your reading.
3. Know that your order will likely pass through customs if you order from a foreign dealer - this is normal.
4. Make sure you know what your dealer's policy is on defective returns and customs loss.
5. Have fun with it.
Good Luck!

Thanks DONQ! I see you're in DFW as well. Know of any decent dealers in the area? I've heard they're around but I have yet to actually find them.
