Hi Jerry - I have a lot or respect for your profession. Teaching our children helps shape and define tomorrows leaders. A really honorable profession. I work for a college/university, not as a professor, but in an Administrative role.
I do teach a class for freshman to help them get acclimated to college/university life and studies.
Good to have you with us, enjoy the forum - you'll find it a fun and friendly place.

I'm not too far- Chicago. One of the many "hats" I wear in my profession is as Clinical Assistant Professor at a University. Not even close to retirement though:(
