Hi Jakob, welcome to RepGeek.
I can't help you with the AP, but for the other questions:
2. Andrew @Trusty Time sells a Pam 253 with Swiss movement. He also offers a waterproofing service. He will tell you whether the 253 is a candidate for waterproofing. You can also contact our modders, Flav, Vac and Thumb for advice.
3. Both Andrew and Josh carry the (rare) 192 (get it with the seagull ST-19) movement and the 253.
For the 111, if you want a modded version, then check out Davidsen, Angus @ Puretime and TWP. They have really great 111h's that have all the usual mods done to them.
Look forward to pics of you collection.
N.

Thanx guys! :-)
Welcome aboard Jacob.
No AP with seconds at 12 exist yet so none will be accurate in tha area. The MBW versions that TTK, Paso and Angus have offered are the best oens out there.
