Hi, I'm new to the replica watch thing, however I'm yet to buy my 1st Rep. Since I'm still deciding and learning about all the dealers out there, I hope I can get all the help I need here with everyones experience and knowledge :).

Hi, I am in the process of waiting for my first. I can tell you it's different from what I originally had in mind that I wanted. You'll probably find that too since there are so many nice watches out there to choose from.
Thanks guys, right now I'm looking for a watch in the $100's to beggin small and then go up, I'm leaning over for 2 watches right now, but I'm still compraing the accuracy of some reps with their orig. counterparts, I'm not looking for Perfection, just ''almost indistinguishable''.
There are a few very good reps in the $100 range. Off the top of my head you can get a beginner Submariner, Chopard Gran Turismo, the Breitling SFSO is really fantastic, as well as the Planet Ocean "Ultimate Lite".
Are there any in particular you are leaning towards?
Hi,
I am new to the site also. Purchased 2 reps this month! 1st was a Submariner and 2nd was Yachtmaster both from Andrew TT. The Sub had some issues and was a little dissapointed but sent back to Andrew to "hopefully" fix. I purchased the YM after had all the issues with the Sub to show Andrew that I really am not trying to pull anything and that I plan to purchase more watches if he takes care of my 1st purchase.
Now the YM. Simply Amazing!!!! I usually don't wear my watches at home but just could not bring myself to take this watch off. I am going on vacation this week and know that I will never wear the watch while I am gone but I am having a hard time even thinking about leaving it behind! I am sure I will take it just to look at it daily.
I am really hooked now!
My question is how much or how often do most purchase? I can see myself getting carried away soon!
Also what is the Planet Ocean "Ultimate Lite" and who sells it?
Thanks
Parabol there is no definiete rule as to how much to purchase but we all try to stick to what we defiene wheher its one a month or two a month or a cetain budget for the month but if your weak hat will not help you as I usually blow it when I see something I like. Ultimate is he best version of the Omega planet ocean that is available and the lite is the 42.5mm vs he 45mm. If you have bigger wrists you can get away with the big one but know that onces you go big your not gonna want to go back to your puny rollies.
Welcome to you too parabol
Hi Key, I'm leaning towards the Planet Ocean (45mm Ver. w/the Asia Copy Eta 2824-2 Automatic), I'm 98% sure I'm getting this one, for $128.

How accurate is this Rep?
I know it's huge, but thankfully I can pull it off due to my thick wrist, I have an orig. Speedmaster and the thing's huge, but I love it since it looks great and goes with my wrist.
THe Ultimate version of the PO in both the Swiss and Lite forms is a very accurate rep. The major flaw is that the logo has up turned feet where the gen has flat feet. Not a big deal overall consider the logo is so small only the keenest of eyes would notice.
I have a swiss version of the Ultimate PO and love it. You can see a few pics here: http://www.repgeek.com/showthread.php?t=691
Argh! Haven't been here in a while, thanks for the replies, I bought 2 PO, one UPO 'light' 45.5mm & a 42.5mm 21J PO from Andrew (Trusty), haven't arrived yet but they should be here either tomorrow or on Monday aprox.
