Hello from Alabama
Hello,
I am a 25 year old accountant and business consultant from podunk Huntsville, Alabama. I've always been fascinated with watches and when my fiance took me to an AD to pick out my wedding present, I was thrilled. I know it isn't most people's cup of tea because it is an overpriced quartz model, but I absolutely love the way the Raymond Weil RW-Sport chrono looks. Not a fan of the Nabucco unfortunately. That was 6 months ago and the wedding isn't until June so needless to say I was starting to go crazy knowing that beautiful watch was hidden away while I'm wearing the same pos Kenneth Cole I bought in high school. I started to look for a used Omega Seamaster to satisfy my needs, and I stumbled across some amazingly accurate replicas. When I texted my watch nerd friend in Atlanta about it, his response was "No no no, that's bull****, go here, www.repgeek.com." The rest is History. After reading By-Tor's review of the Seamaster GMT rep I decided to order one from Andrew. Amazing service! It even had the bezel properly aligned. ****ty blackberry wrist shot:

Anyways I love and hate you all since you have opened up what was once an unattainable hobby, but have created a new addiction at the same time. I'll be ordering an IWC portugese 7 days soon, then perhaps some type of breitling, then....... Cheers you jerks. :D

Welcome. Josh, you did open up a lil something something. This hobby can become all engulfing. Beware!!! This is highly addictive but LOTS of fun !!!!! For me repgeek has been very educational place to just learn about watches. (ex. opening them up & modding them) I would have never thought that I would do this.
:p

Josh,
I just returned from a 2 month stint in rocket city, er, Huntsville. It's a great place.
Shoot me a PM if you're ever interested in comparing notes in Alabama.
