newbie needs help
I started buying reps about 10 years ago. I still remember the horrible tag links and the small fortune i had paid for it. It worked for a whole week than it stopped and the hands fell off. I then bought fake poleys which ended like the tag... in the garbage.
A few months ago I was in Rome and noticed a street seller selling a Cartier watch with a very elaborate face with a of-center time dial and a separate sub-dial with wheels for what seemed to be for date. The watch must have been 44mm. Brown leather band with a white face and ss case.
The seller wanted 150 euros for it, which seemed like a ridiculous amount to spend on a watch i knew would stop working after little use. I tried to bargain with him but only got him to lower his price to 100 euros but that was still too high for me since the other sellers around were selling at much lower. A few hours later I had decided I would purchase the watch, went back to the spot but the watch was gone.
He had other lovely pieces that I picked up from him including a Lange Two time zone and a Bentley with incorrect back but still very nice watch. I also purchased a no-name (brand = Collection) huge 50mm watch with faux chrono and screw on crown guard that is pretty nice.
Upon my return, I decided to find it on my own from a reliable source, and this is where i ended up after a couple of months of browsing the net for watches.
I now have a filled my watch box and rotate between watches daily. I used to be VERY happy with my watches until I discovered this place. Now my only desire is to get BUY as many watches as my bank account can provide starting with the cartier mentioned above. Has anybody seen a watch like that or was it a mistake/fantasy watch.

first off...welcome (although I see you've posted before)...second...try cartier's official website and see if they have it there...

Welcome :)
I believe Cartier made a Tank that was a two time zone watch with offset hands, but I don't think it had a date function.
I'm sure someone here will know.
Best of luck

I know that would make things much easier but I don't have pics and I tried the Cartier website
Picture a lange two time zones but instead of the seconds sub-dail for the date
