upgrade to VIP

as a new years promise i am going to upgrade to VIP, but, i do not have paypal. well i have but there are some problems with my account that´s not been attend to by the paypal staff.

is it possible to upgrade without a paypal account?

If you have a credit card, you can make a one time payment via paypal without an account.

Although not if you have the same credit card on file for your account, then they make you sign in...
