Hey Posh I know I dont meet the requirements but could you send the info to me out of holiday spirits anyways ? :D
Triple-D kindly directed me here
What a rap! I haven't heard one of those since the summer of love in '67 or at the great hippy Christmas party in Goa in '68. It made me smile.
All seriousness aside, I just ordered a Hermes Kelly wallet from JL. Looked good but yet to be delivered. Love your opinion on his Hermes bags (via PM if you prefer).
Thanks, Guy! You can meet the requirments, you just have to believe! It's that time of year, when magic happens. :)
Tee hee!
Less Than Zero
Oh, he did, did he? Then he may have also told you I was an evil woman with no heart. Bah humbug to your holiday spirit! :p
Um, okay. LOL I'd be happy to help! PM me the relevant info, love, and I'll let you know what's what, if I can.
Who needs a BIRKIN!? - we "have" you! Thanks for spending some time on us!
A top class review from the TOP CLASS woman!!
Thanks, y'all! I hope you all have a Merry Christmas!
How did I miss this for so long?
Posh - brilliantly conceived and executed - thread of the year for me, thoroughly enjoyed it, great script writing !
Merry Christmas............
hey Posh. i am still saving for my Birkin but had a question about leather textures. i don't like a lot of that leather grain so i want something fairly smooth. which one is more smooth Epsom or Clemence? thanks!
Well, epsom is smoother than clemence but if you want an ultra-smooth look then box calf is your best bet. That is the smoothest of them all, in my opinion. It isn't as scratch-resistant as either epsom or clemence. If that kind of durability is important to you, you may want to stick with epsom. However, epsom tends to make the colors paler and lacks the hand of the other leathers, a richness that box calf oozes by the way. You give all that up but what you retain is its ability to hold its shape better over time. It's also lighter than clemence which is nice if you prefer larger Birkins.
Box calf has no problem with color saturation and that may be something to consider.
What a nice bag and great pictures. May I please have a PM with some purchasing info? THANKS!!!!
Great write up, as always!!! Many thanks for sharing!!!
Greatly enjoyed the photo shoot and story.
If you have time could you PM me the source for the bag and approx. cost?
Thanks again
I'm so sorry! I'm sending it along now.
The Panamera is not an especially good-looking car. My E350 looks much better. It's a little ungainly, kinda doing the humpback thing. But . . . it's fast. :cheesy: I like going fast and taking corners at speeds that would be considered slightly dangerous. I love the way it handles. LOL
It's also cozy. I like cozy. :)
Posh, need some advice.
Wife has gen LV, Gucci, Balenciaga bags. I've been telling her that there are remarkable rep bags available that would be nearly indistinguishable from the gen. I keep trying to convince her of trying one, but she's absolutely convinced that reps are reps, and are in no way close to gen.
She also believes guys on these forums have no idea what makes a rep bag good since well, we're all guys.
Any ideas on how I can convince her and which rep bag to start with?
Thanks

Stellar post… I hope you won't refuse me the name of your supplier! ;)
Thoroughly enjoyed reading this post as well as the time and effort that went into making it. Please feel free to continue making more posts like this as I am looking forward to reading them. I think the wifey would love a Birkin.
