Cant go wrong with TM Lewin for that price range in my opinion and Im certain that they do mail order for you guys stateside. I can recommend good Tailors (for both shirts and suits) who are exceptionally reasonable if you're ever this side of the pond or Far East! GLWsearch

It all depends on your body type and what you want in a shirt. I am a pretty tall guy (6'4") with long arms and I dont weight 400 lbs. Thus, american shirts are out. I love my Charles Tyrwhitt shirts. I have a closet full of them (over 50 shirts). Their slim fit is great, its comfortable, and their sleeves are actually 37 inches long. I also have a few richard james shirts from saville row. I bought them while in the UK and there was a sale. They ended up costing around $85 per shirt. Very nice quality and fit. If you are there, the service you get for their off the rack shirts is amazing. I have some gieves & hawkes also from saville row, I use them to wash my car. The quality is nice, but their fit just doesnt add up with their price. I am, however, the best dressed guy on the block when I wash my car.

If it hasn't been mentioned yet, ledbury shirts are incredible. They only sell online. I swear by them, great fabrics, colors, patterns and the come in traditional fit and a more tappered look. They are relatively inexpensive at $135.

I struggle to find shirts that remain crease free and look sharp all day. Most of the CT or Lewyn shirts I have had are 'creasers'
One of the best crease free materials I've found are Kirkland shirts from Costco!
Anyone in the UK recommend any non creasers ?

creases happen, have to deal with it. I dont like Non-iron shirts because the material feels to stiff and cheap.

I agree! For years I wore Brooks Brothers non iron, slim fit shirts and after 6 or 8 months of washing the cuffs and collars would start to frey. I tried Costco' s Kirkland brand non iron shirts and they are actually a very similar cut to BB slim fits and they actually last longer AND they have some really nice patterns for on $17.99 a shirt!Quote:
