Thanks very insightful with some interesting facts.
The factory replacement depreciation was very interesting especially for someone looking to purchase from the used section. I jumped in on a recent sale of an older model elsewhere and thought I should have made an offer later on as the seller was determined to keep a high starting cost. But you live and and learn.

Great info here for anyone looking to get into the rep world.
One note to make (not sure if you mentioned it, skimmed through reading quickly), Always buy a rep that FITS you. Don't but a Richard Mille then hop out of your 1994 honda civic with rust all over. Make sure the rep makes sense. If you're the average guy making 80-100k a year, sure, buy a Date Just Rolex, brietling or Panerai. Make the purchase seems believable!

Rule 7 is a good one. I have one gen PAM and mixing it with the reps is the way to go.
