hey all,
I am tired of sitting on a over stuffed wallet, i am looking for recommendations for something (wallet or money clip) that can safely hold my cash, ID and a few cards, and will comfortably fit in my front pocket.

Find a card wallet / case for all your cards and get a money clip. Good examples here: http://shop.nordstrom.com/c/mens-wallets/card-cases
Seriously don't waste your money on all kinds, buy yourself a Storus money clip, best I've ever had.

I have used a nice sterling clip for the past 20 years or so. Just be aware that your stuff will cop a bit more wear and tear with a clip than tucked away in a wallet. My drivers licence is looking clapped out after just 7 of its intended 10 years, and starting to look like I made a fake one!
When travelling I wear a holster wallet, its similar to a gun body/shoulder holster.
in a village in Spain called ubrique do work for many famous firms skin, the skin quality is top quality and not very expensive. you can look here

If you want to go the leather wallet route as opposed to the money clip route, I can recommend the Minimalist Wallet from Capsule Wallet: http://capsulewallets.com/ . I have tried every wallet, clip and band I could find and this was the most functional and elegant solution I found. It's pricey for what it is, but it works.
I saw the capsule one but put off by the price, esp as it used to be 25% cheaper.
I got an xslimmy from koyono instead and one from loftofcambie for my bro, both very nice wallets
Trafalgar alligator wallet.

I use a Bellroy Slim Sleeve. love it. great leather, the slimmest wallet I have ever found. http://bellroy.com/slim-your-wallet
i got a bottega veneta. i think the all-over print from Gucci and LV is garish, and love the woven look of the wallet. Plus, fakes of these are hard to come by.
Would go for wallet with money clip, otherwise you are just gonna lose your money :)
Ive got ons of the secrid wallets. Very cool and slim design.

I use a regular money clip. The capsule wallet looks awesome though
mcusta looks interesting.
i use a wallet case and Tiffany money clip i got as a gift.
Take a look at Purificacion Garcia, good price and quality in Spain
check out Trayvax theyre really cool
I have been looking too. A lot of it is personal preference. I would like a less bulky wallet, but the ease of use (not having to fumble around with stacked cards, getting right what I need, etc.) is convenient.
I have gone the money clip route, but it didn't do much for cards. I have used a sail cloth wallet - extremely thin and relatively cheap, but if you put much of anything in it, it deformed (think more of thin plastic than fabric). I even tried the broccoli wad - same issue with the cards. Maybe one of those card holders with a money clip on the outside is what I need.
I have authentic money clip
Vallet from lv. I love it. Hate big wallets

This one works very well for me. Holds about six or seven credit cards and ID cards and 30 or so dollar bills doubled.

Montblanc make some nice money clips - not cheap though!
Old thread, but I use a Johnston Murphy Weekender, have had them for about 10 years now. Lasts about 2 years before needing replaced (Wife washes it by accident).
i use the basics minimalist and really like it

I've had a Tiffany money clip for 20 years. It works amazing. I've taken it into a Tiffany store about three times in those 20 years and they polish and tighten it for free. Talk about a product worth every penny.
Maybe I missed it but I havent seen the Ridge wallet mentioned. Ive been using the carbon fiber one for almost 2 years now and love it.
The Ridge Wallet: Slim, RFID blocking metal wallet.
I can recommend the Tumi leather wallets. I've had one for around 10 years and they wear very well. Their website has a large selection.
