What am i supposed to do now?
Hi guys, before i issue a chargeback from my credit card, i wanted to open a thread here to ask what am i supposed to do with my purchase...

paid 1600$, it was shipped with USPS, at first the tracking number i had been given acted really weird and the package had been delivered back to original location, then i have contacted the seller Tazmo and apparently all shipments to EU were shut down cause covid (weird again cause i am receiving other packages from us almost on weekly base even whe we were on lockdown), but a week or so pass and the package with that same tracking, returned to be still around and in transit, at the moment stuck somewhere for 10 days as of today.
I tried contacted usps myself but seems like it's not possible for this kind of shipments, i tried asked seller to contact usps and see what's going on but seller is ghosting me.
It's first time in like 10 years i buy both gens and reps i find myself in this situation, normally i would instantly chargeback and it wouldn't be an issue but since i respect this community (more than gen community lol) i want to be in the right of doing so, so what am i supposed to do now?
(how do i even tag mods lol)

The seller has been around the forum for some years and I doubt if he/she would sully their reputation by attempting a fraudulant transaction. You don't say where in the EU you are, but I wasn't aware of any massive hold up in getting packages from the US. It could well be it is stuck at customs somewhere, you should be able to know that from the tracking. You have already mentioned nembo, but it would be a good idea to PM him with all the details.
Not a good idea to charge back until one of the mods or administrators have looked into it.

Yes I hardly believe that too but at this point what am I supposed to do lol
Package is not at the customs yet cause else I would have been contacted by them if any trouble occurred or I would know if it actually got released, but package just says it’s in transit, it would just take the seller to contact usps and ask them where is it and what to do, probably package only needs some documents/statements from his end but if he doesn’t do anything my watch is basically lost or returned to the sender

The issue have been resolved, the package delivered to the buyer satisfaction
The issue was not with the seller, who has been cooperating with me, but apparently with the postal service and shadow was probably too quick to jump the gun, in all fairness
I will reinstate sale privileges for tazmo
Case closed we can move on

Yes I already tried to close the thread but can’t find the option.
Well watch was delivered and the tracking is saying it’s “in transit” yet.
Tbh it’s first time this happens to me in years so I didn’t expect tracking service to be this poor, sorry for the trouble.

I followed up with USPS, the shipping carrier I sent the package with, and was told that they do not provide tracking once it arrives to the country if shipped as First Class mail. They only provide tracking with Priority Mail packages. Which is around 2x the price. This wasn’t always the case as I shipped packages as First Class mail to numerous counties in Europe before and never had any issues. This could be due to the COVID pendemic or some changes with the services. So I hope future sellers and buyers are aware of this. My suggestion is to use a commercial carrier like UPS or FedEx that provide end to end tracking and are cheaper. This only applies to US sellers.
