Can someone tell me what "Bump" means in a sale post?

BUMP is just a way of pushing the thread to the top

and yeah PM is usually a good way to show interest in a watch for sale

With a bump post the thread is bumped to the top of the posts in a section. And yes, if interested in a watch that is for sale pm the seller and make a post in the thread about the pm you've send.

Bump is a term used in a post to "move" the post to the top of the list of posts in a forum. TTT (to the top) is also another notation to move the post to the top of the list of posts in a forum.

If you are interested in a watch for sale, PM the person who is selling the watch.
