Too seldom is credit given where it is due. Nembo (and I am sure the other mods/admin folk would have done the same) very kindly and swiftly contacted a trusted dealer - whom I had failed dismally in getting a response from concerning a defective purchase (which I am paying to have repaired, but need a replacement part). Finally, I received a response from the dealer, no doubt helped along a bit by Nembo's reminder. The RG team is a key to ensuring that the RG Forum remains a great and safe place to be.
